The latest ForeSee of AOL customer satisfaction survey

The results showed that during the holiday shopping season, Amazon's customer satisfaction increased two points from last year to 88 points, that is, 88 out of every 100 customers were satisfied, and fourteenth consecutive times won the survey.


ForSee conducts an online customer satisfaction survey every 6 months.

The fastest progress is Systemax Inc (NYSE: SYX)'s technology equipment and accessories website, its customer satisfaction rose 6 points from last year, to 79 points.

Satisfaction rose 5 points to 83 points, the same score as QVC.com, apple online store and VistaPrint.com.


The Overstock.com score was 72, down 4 points from last year, ranking the 40 largest online retailers surveyed.

Gap website scored 5 points lower than last year, to 73 points.

Other backward websites include buy.com, and SONY and Toys R & D's website.


In this survey, the customer satisfaction of streaming video service provider Netflix (NFLX) dropped the most.

In the last survey, the company's customer satisfaction was almost the same as that of Amazon, but the survey showed that the company's customer satisfaction dropped by 7 points to 79 points.


Earlier this year, Netflix announced the separation of its DVD and streaming video services, and tried to substantially raise the price of services.

Because of the strong opposition from users, the plan was eventually abandoned.


Larry, chief executive of ForSee Larry Freed, said: "Netflix's judgment of its user base is totally wrong and is paying for it, and its reputation among consumers and investors has been destroyed." Larry


Netflix's share price has fallen by more than half this year, most of which came after its announcement of the split plan.
