The reporter learned from the Regional Finance Bureau on July 19 that according to the relevant requirements of the autonomous region, the region has cashed 18.3617 million yuan of subsidy funds from May to July, providing financial discount for the working capital loans of textile clothing and mask manufacturing enterprises, supporting and boosting the resumption of production, and speeding up the pace of production of textile clothing and mask production enterprises.

According to the relevant supporting policies, from May to October, the working capital loans of textile clothing and mask manufacturers will be discounted at 50% of the loan interest rate. To this end, the Regional Finance Bureau, together with the Regional Bureau of industry and information technology, the regional market supervision and Administration Bureau, and the Aksu central sub branch of the people's Bank of China, jointly reviewed and approved the actual amount of subsidy required by the relevant departments of each county (city), and timely allocated the subsidy funds.

On the same day, in a cotton textile enterprise in Aksu textile industrial city (Development Zone), the employees of the enterprise performed their respective duties and worked orderly in their respective posts. The cotton textile enterprise is a key cotton textile enterprise in the region, mainly engaged in cotton acquisition, processing, textile, sales and other businesses. After returning to work and production, the enterprise applied for a working capital loan of 250 million yuan due to the lack of funds. At present, the first loan of 125 million yuan has been successfully launched, and the production of the enterprise has been fully restored, and 100 employees have returned to their jobs.

"We can greatly reduce the financial burden of raw materials by purchasing raw materials and reducing the financial burden of our enterprises." The person in charge of the enterprise said.

According to statistics, there are 257 commercial bank loans to textile clothing and mask manufacturers in the region, with a total loan amount of 5.225 billion yuan. By the end of June, a total of 29.17872 million yuan of subsidy funds had been appropriated by the region, and more than 60% of the loans had actually been cashed, involving 109 loans from 48 enterprises. It is reported that all new loans will be reviewed in time to ensure that all subsidies are paid in place.
