The International Forum On Computational Systems Biology Was Successfully Held At Wuhan Textile University.

To carry out Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, promote the connotation development of higher education and speed up the construction of "double first class" in the whole country, in order to strengthen the construction of high level disciplines, promote cross research of mathematics, computer, computing system biology and other subjects, and promote academic exchanges between scholars in related fields, -21 April 20th, the international academic forum of computational system biology was successfully held at Wuhan Textile University.

Professor Liu Zaizhou, deputy secretary of the Wuhan Textile University, vice president Jiang Minghua, and head of science and technology department and discipline Office of Wuhan Textile University attended the opening ceremony. Professor Li Shizong, the party secretary of Wuhan Textile University's number college, officiated at the opening ceremony.

Deputy Secretary Liu Zaizhou expressed congratulations on the convening of the forum and welcomed the visit of experts and scholars.

He introduced the basic situation of Wuhan Textile University and the development of our school of mathematics and computer science.

In recent years, Wuhan Textile University's mathematics and computer related disciplines have been developing rapidly, and the situation is gratifying.

In computational system biology, scholars, such as Chen Dirong, Li Dengfeng, Liu Jie, Zhang Bengong and other experts, have been led by a large number of young and middle-aged scholars.

Over the past five years, more than 20 national level projects have been approved, and nearly 100 papers have been published. Some papers have been published in the Plos Computational Biology, Biophysics Journal, Scientific Reports, BMC Systems Biology, Neurocomputing, Systems, Chinese, and so on.

Participants from many angles, such as biology, physics, mathematics, computer science and artificial intelligence, have carried out many innovative researches on mathematical methods, including statistical methods, optimization algorithms and so on.

The non oscillatory theory of linear signaling pathways, the causality and application of linear pduction pathways, the causal relationship and its applications, the impact of high nodes on the outbreak size of the epidemic, the detection of disease phase-change point and outbreak point, the application of pcription factor activity network in the complex biological monitoring process, single cell sequencing technology, combinatorial perturbation research in biology, multidimensional data integration analysis, breast cancer mutation mechanism, Granger causality and time-delay complex information analysis, nonlinear dynamic time series analysis, chaotic dynamics of neural network, application of nonnegative matrix factorization in bioinformatics, and approximation methods and applications of nonlinear stochastic dynamical systems are discussed.

Zhou Tianshou, Professor of Zhongshan University, Professor Zou Xiufen of Wuhan University, Professor Jin Zhen of Shanxi University, Tian Tianhai, Professor of Monash University mathematics at Australia, Professor Zhang Shihua Zhou Dongzhuo, and Zhang Shihua researcher of Chinese Academy of Sciences, respectively, presided over the seminar.

Computational system biology mainly develops and applies data analysis and theoretical methods, mathematical modeling, computer simulation technology, gene sequencing, etc., using computer thinking to solve biological problems, using computer language and mathematical logic to build and describe and simulate the biological world. At present, it has become a hot topic of multidisciplinary research.
