The foundation laying ceremony of Yunnan kassiya silk textile industrial park was held in February 19th on the 3 site of the kassia silk spinning industrial park in the industrial zone of Zhang Feng Town, Longchuan County, Dehong, Yunnan.

Group Chairman Cheung Kwok Keung, President Wu Jingen, vice president Qian Guoming, head of relevant functional departments of the group, Zheng Shanhong, chairman of Dehong Zheng Xin company, Zhu Zhengxian, chairman of micai company, and all staff of Yunnan Kay Siya silk spinning industrial company attended the ceremony. Wang Yu, governor of Dehong Prefecture, Wang Yu and Longchuan County Party Secretary Li Linshan and leaders of various departments, guests and representatives of more than 100 people attended the ceremony.

Yunnan Kay Seya silk textile industrial park project is a group of response to the "row one road", "East Mulberry West shift", "Rural Revitalization", "precision poverty alleviation" and other listed national strategies, combined with the group "grasping the two ends, strong middle" to build a silk production chain strategic plan to promote the major investment projects, is the group in 2000 after Deqing Zhejiang investment in the establishment of the Kai Xi industrial park, according to the new development strategy of the construction of another large industrial base, is also one of the group in 2019 to focus on promoting one of the work.

Cheung Kwok Keung, chairman of the board, delivered a speech at the foundation laying ceremony. Zhang Dong said that as a leading enterprise in China's silk industry, the group has made clear the strategic plan for the layout of the silk industry chain by formulating the new development strategy of the group and making it the "leader of the silk industry and the creator of quality life".

At the same time, in order to respond positively to the equal call of the "one belt and one road" and "Rural Revitalization", with the strong support of the state government of Dehong, the two sides jointly promoted the further extension of the sericulture industry chain to the silk textile products in Longchuan County, and jointly promoted the sustainable development of the silk textile industry in Longchuan County. In October last year, the cooperation agreement was signed with Longchuan County, and a working group was set up to carry out the project construction plan.

After more than 4 months' organizational preparations, the project was officially launched.

Subsequently, President Wu Jingen introduced the basic situation of the Kay Siya silk industrial park to all the leaders and guests attending the ceremony.

Wu said that the total investment of the Kay Siya silk spinning industrial park project will exceed 500 million yuan. After the completion of the project, the employment of 6000-8000 people will be resolved, with an annual output value of more than 1 billion 600 million yuan.

According to the planning and design of the park, there are five characteristics after the completion of the park:

First, distinctive features and focus on silk textile industry;

Two is industrial integrity, from reeling, twisting, weaving, refining, printing and dyeing to the complete industrial chain of garments.

The three is intelligent manufacturing. The park will introduce advanced and mature production equipment and digital information technology.

Four, ecological environment protection, adhere to the park's environmental ecology and production process ecology, meet the environmental standards of the government and international brands.

The five is the three production linkage, which has a certain function of industrial tourism.

Li Linshan, Secretary of Longchuan County Party committee, also made a speech. He hoped that the project owners and construction units would seize time, organize and operate meticulously, plan and build high standards, improve the quality and efficiency of project construction, and ensure the completion of quality projects and bright spot projects.

In the end, the laying ceremony was held at the opening ceremony of vice governor Wang Yu of Dehong, and the applause, fireworks and machine roaring all over the hall brought the foundation ceremony to a climax.
