A Number Of Lawsuits Failed To Disclose Jinyu City's Supervision Letter In Time.

Many lawsuits have reached the disclosure standard, while Jinyu Che Cheng (000803, SZ) failed to disclose regulatory letters in due course. On the evening of January 28th, Jinyu car city received the letter from the Shenzhen stock exchange because of the violation of the above letter.

The Ministry of management of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange pointed out that two litigation announcements and subsequent supplementary announcements disclosed by Jinyu car city in August 2018 and November showed that since October 2017, there have been a number of litigation matters in Jinyu car city and its holding subsidiaries, of which the total amount of litigation involving the defendant amounted to 80 million 568 thousand yuan. However, Jinyu car city did not fulfill the obligation of information disclosure in time when the accumulated amount of the aforementioned litigation matters reached 10% of the company's latest audit net assets.

In addition, the Jiangsu North control Intelligent Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chi Lin Electric) received the relevant court summons in November 9, 2018. The amount involved was 21 million 929 thousand yuan, accounting for 28% of the audited net assets of the listed companies in the latest year. Jin Yu Che Cheng also did not fulfill the obligation of information disclosure in time when the litigation occurred.
