Rongsheng Holdings Released The List Of Top 30 Pnational Private Enterprises In Zhejiang In 2017.
Zhejiang Province Overseas Investment Enterprise Association comprehensive enterprise pnational index, overseas assets, import and export situation, issued "2017 Zhejiang local private enterprise pnational operation 30 strong".
Rongsheng Formosa Petrochemical Co ranked nineteenth in the list, showing the strong strength of pnational operation.
It is understood that the selection of Zhejiang enterprises from the international business performance monitoring platform for the pfer of 95 private sector enterprises in Zhejiang (non financial enterprises), on the overseas assets of enterprises, overseas business income, overseas employees, overseas investment driven exports and other indicators are analyzed and compared, and ultimately according to the total amount of overseas assets of enterprises.
The 95 enterprises participating in the monitoring are recommended by the competent departments of Commerce in all parts of the city, and the enterprises independently declare the data. After the comprehensive discussion of the expert group of overseas investment enterprise service alliance of Zhejiang Province, the authority of Zhejiang overseas investment enterprise association is released.
In recent years, cross-border mergers and acquisitions have become an important means for enterprises to accelerate economic pformation. A few years ago, Rongsheng invested in Canadian Energy Holdings Limited and made the first step in overseas investment.
Subsequently, a branch company was set up in Singapore as Rongsheng's overseas sourcing, sales and trading center, and actively participated in international market cooperation.
Last September, the holding of the first world oil merchants conference highlighted the international influence of Rongsheng.
