OTB SpA acquired all the equity interest in Marni in 2015.

Consuelo Castiglioni, founder and chief creative director of Marni, announced her resignation. OTB SpA issued a statement saying that the departure of Consuelo Castiglioni was "her own decision". The company said it would continue to extend the original brand vision of Consuelo Castiglioni.
