Investcorp Acquisition Of Swedish Sports Protection Brand POC Huge Expansion

Investcorp, a private equity firm in the Middle East, formally announced in October 9th that it would spend $65 million from the outdoor sports equipment manufacturer Black Diamond and Inc in Bahrain.

POC, an innovative sports equipment company, continues to expand the scale of its sports brand portfolio.

In this paction, Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli&Partners are Investcorp's legal advisers, and DC Advisory serves as financial advisor.

According to official press release, POC, Sweden, was founded in 2004.

And consumers to provide the top personal sports protective equipment.

POC products are now sold in 27 countries, including helmets, protective clothing, goggles, gloves and other equipment.
