In order to ensure the correct performance of the contract and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws and regulations, according to the relevant provisions of the bidding documents, the two parties shall abide by the principle of sharing responsibility and sharing interests, and reach the following terms through consensus.

Relevant documents of the first group of cost contracts

The following documents and related annexes are integral parts of the contract and have the same legal effect as this contract. These documents include:

(1) tender documents for materials (equipment)

(2) the tender documents provided by Party B;

(3) after-sales service commitments;

(4) other documents agreed by Party A and B:

The total price of this contract is all the tax included in the material, equipment, design, manufacture, packaging, storage, pportation, installation and acceptance, and the spare parts during the warranty period.

The total price of this contract also includes the incidental service / after sale service provided by Party B.

Fourth quality assurance

1, the technical standard of materials (equipment) should meet the standards.

2, Party B shall ensure that the material (equipment) is completely new and unused, and is in conformity with the requirements of the quality, specification and performance stipulated in the contract, and is in line with the relevant national standards.

Party B shall ensure that the equipment provided has good performance in its service life under proper installation, normal use and maintenance conditions.

Fifth delivery time, place and method

1, Party B shall deliver the goods according to the requirements of the bidding documents or the delivery time, delivery method and delivery place negotiated with Party A.

2, the materials (equipment) delivered by Party B shall be fully in conformity with the requirements of the bidding documents or the materials, equipment, quantity and specifications specified in this contract.

3, Party B will deliver the contract materials (equipment) to the company for installation, commissioning, commissioning and acceptance after Party A's acceptance.

The risk of damage or loss of the contract material (equipment) is pferred to Party A after Party B completes the delivery.

4, Party B shall notify Party A within one working day after shipment of the contract materials (equipment). Party A shall notify party a when the contract materials (equipment) arrive at the place specified in the contract, and timely extract the contract materials (equipment) from Party B.

5. Party A extracts

The packing of the contract object should be inspected.

The packing of the contract object is not damaged until the goods are packed.

If the packing of the contract object is damaged, or if the number of containers in the contract is not in agreement with each other, it should be notified to Party B within a working day, so that Party B can get the claim for the contract material (equipment) in distress.

6, Party A shall properly receive and keep the contract objects delivered by Party B.

Party A shall take good care of the missing or multiple materials and equipment and notify Party B in time. The expenses incurred therefrom shall be borne by Party B.

7. If Party A requests change

The location shall be notified to Party B before the date of delivery stipulated in the contract.

The cost of changing the shipping address shall be borne by Party A.
