Xu Jixiang, President of China's Linen Textile Association, affirmed the judgement with figures. "It is estimated that in 2014, the enterprises above Designated Size of the national hemp textile industry realized the main business income of 50 billion yuan or more, exported 25 billion yuan and more of linen textile products and garments, and expanded the market share of domestic demand by 6% and more than the previous year; realized a total profit of 3 billion yuan or more; the per capita wage of employees increased by 10% and above; and realized the fixed assets investment of 12 billion yuan or more."

Linen yarn enterprises actively expand production

Facing the increasingly mature domestic market, many domestic flax enterprises have begun to expand their production capacity to meet the increasing demand in the future.

The launch of the new base will better serve the customers both at home and abroad, and help the group to fully grasp the market demand and expand the market share, thereby contributing positively to the group's revenue growth.

In July, under the testimony of the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, JINDA (Ethiopia) linen Co., which was invested by a holding company, formally signed an investment agreement with the Ministry of industry of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and agreed to develop and build a world-class flax Industrial Park. The first project has an annual capacity of 5000 tons of flax yarn.

The first phase of the project is investment of US $50 million.

This is the largest overseas investment project of private enterprises in Haiyan County, Zhejiang province.
