Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau Jointly Held Skin (Cold) Shoes Product Quality Analysis Meeting

Recently, the City Quality Supervision Bureau jointly organized the clothing shoes and hats association to organize 2014 skin (cold) shoes product quality analysis meeting.

The supervision and spot check of leather shoes and leather sandals and the monitoring results of quality and safety risks of leather sandals recently were announced, and the overall situation of supervision and spot check and risk monitoring were comprehensively analyzed.

In view of the problems existing in the products of leather shoes and leather sandals, such as flexural properties, footwear steel hooks, lining and internal pad, the color fastness to rubbing does not meet the standards, the experts of the city leather quality inspection station have in-depth analysis of the internal causes, and focus on the selection and processing technology of the main components, such as raw materials, steel hooks, and so on.

The quality inspection experts also pointed out that because leather sandals and skin contact directly for a long time, manufacturers should be more strict in choosing raw materials for leather sandals, and eliminate or reduce excessive heavy metals, free methal and other harmful substances in the production process as far as possible.

The city clothing and Footwear Association said that according to the characteristics of the shoe making industry in Shanghai, it should closely support the consumption demand of the city, provide technical support form, be a good company's helper and an assistant of the government, and promote the quality of products through the combination of government regulation, industry self-discipline and enterprise integrity, so as to provide consumers with quality products and quality services.

The bulletin shows that Harry's baby shoes with a model number of 19 and batch number of B702 are found to be unqualified for wear resistance.
