(USITC) decide to initiate a 337 survey of imported certain and laser wear abraded denim garments, which is sold in the US market.

The products involved are denim garments, including jeans worn by laser technology and tights.

RevoLaze, LLC and TechnoLines, LLC (collectively known as "RevoLaze company") were introduced in August 18, 2014, accusing the United States imported and laser wear treated cowboy garments sold in the US market violated one or more claims of 5990444, 6140602, 6252196, 6664505, 6819972, 6858815 of the US registered patents, violating the relevant provisions of 337th section of the 1930 tariff act of the United States.
