The Sample Rate Of Down Garment Products Is 99.1%.

The quality inspection of the down garment products by the State Quality Inspection Administration (AQSIQ) has shown that the sample quality sampling rate is 99.1%.

The spot checks were conducted on 20 items, including fiber content, fabric composition, ingredient composition, formaldehyde content, down pile content, fluffiness, cleanliness and odor grade of down garment products, involving 50 kinds of products produced by 50 enterprises in 9 provinces and municipalities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hubei and Hebei.

The results of spot checks showed that all the 12 national inspection free products and 10 Chinese famous brand products in the spot checks were all qualified. The quality of the large production enterprises with higher market share was better, and the qualified rate of the products was 100%.

It is the main quality problem found in the spot checks that the deviation of individual products is less than the standard requirements.

Among them, the Shanghai yam Yue Garments Co., Ltd. produced the yelayou brand down clothing, including the amount of cashmere and cashmere, which were not up to the standard. The two items of the fiber content (fabric) and filling capacity of Yahong down clothing produced by Chongqing Huayu Garments Co., Ltd. were unqualified.

In the light of the main quality problems found in spot checks, AQSIQ has instructed all departments in charge of quality and technology supervision to deal with the enterprises with unqualified product quality in accordance with the provisions of the product quality law and other relevant laws and regulations, and make rectification in a timely manner.
