How to deal with burning Hair fold Expert advice: in dyeing, sometimes it is seen that there are two or many black folds on the cloth after the dip dyeing, and there are hairy white hairs next to the black pleat. The pleats are singeing pleat. This kind of pleat will show a white print after baking, and then it will be a deep black fold when it is restored. The singeing pleat is due to the uneven surface of the wool when it is burned, and the wrinkles are formed on the surface of the cloth through the fire. Due to the high temperature at the mouth of the burner, it will form a scalding place.

In order to prevent the emergence of singeing pleat, first of all, no wrinkles can be made when burning, and according to different fabrics, a reasonable production process should be worked out. Thick fabrics should be heap or boiled before singeing, so that the possibility of singeing and wrinkling can be reduced. If there is a singeing pleat in dyeing, it is necessary to carry out pre treatment and redyeing before dyeing. Once the car is driven, the black fold will not be processed after dyeing. The method of pre processing and repairing the wrinkle pleat is simple. As long as the temperature is fixed, the cloth will be flattened and then singed, and then the low alkali mercerizing can eliminate the singeing pleat.

How to deal with Track print An expert tool: crawler prints are often found in heavy fabrics. They are also tracked when they are dyed, but because of their different forms of formation, they also show different shapes on fabrics (black and white). Usually, we see the tracks printed on the track are zonal and black cross print. This kind of track printing is due to the excessive thickness of the fabric in the tracked box. Sometimes, if the tracked printing is lighter, it can not be considered. The dyeing machine will not be too obvious. If the pleats are too obvious, they can be removed if they are heated and washed again. But another kind of white striped track printing may rarely be encountered, and it is not clear why this track is caused.

As we all know, in order to produce safe boiling and bleaching crawler box, the saturated steam is used to heat the water in the caterpillar tank to produce the saturated steam, but if the water level in the tracked box is too low, the caterpillar case will be full of 240 degree high temperature superheated steam, so that the track plate (roller) will be too hot to burn the fabric contact surface and form the rejected white stripes. The longer the stacking time is, the heavier the white spot will be. Once the equipment fault occurs, the white stripes will be difficult to repair, so this white stripe is also caused by the track, which can be traced to a track mark. It is very difficult to remove this white striped track print once it is formed. The driver should pay attention to the stacking shape, thickness and water level of the crawler box (neither too little water level nor flooded steamer).

If it is found in the dyeing process, how to deal with the spot print of white stripes? First of all, this kind of track printing must be repaired. Since this kind of spot is caused by tracked, then the effect of redrying is not good, so it is recommended to adopt the hot alkali reactor technology, then concentrated alkali mercerizing to improve the penetration rate of burn. After the repair, the heavier track prints still appear in white prints, and the workers can only improve them. Dyeing To make up for it. For lighter track printing, two immersion two rolling or pressure rollers in the trough can be used to extend the immersion time to reduce track printing. For heavier tracked seals, we should use two bath dyeing, first dyeing with dyestuff 50%, and then dyeing it again, which can obviously improve the track performance to customer satisfaction. For special heavy track printing, if the bill is bleached, it will be bleached. Otherwise, it can only be dyed with dip dyeing to improve the footprint.
