Textile in Central China

The center is located in Zhongyuan commercial city, northwest corner of Zhengshang road and West Fourth Ring intersection. It is invested by Zhongfang Tongli (Beijing) Cci Capital Ltd and Henan Yuantong Textile City Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 2 billion 230 million yuan and covers an area of 73133.89 square meters.

The first phase of the investment is 1 billion 130 million yuan, with a total construction area of 292951 square meters, divided into commercial and residential.

The center consists of six sub centers: brand operation center, logistics distribution center, e-commerce center, Culture Communication Center, personnel training center and financial service center. The commercial construction plan period is 10 months.

The two phase of the project will invest 1 billion 100 million yuan, and 300 thousand square meters of textile and clothing brand exhibition center, logistics center and headquarters building will be built.

After the project is completed, more than 600 domestic and foreign brand enterprises will be introduced, and more than 100 supporting enterprises including catering, hotels, e-commerce and logistics enterprises will be introduced.

After the project matures, the annual turnover exceeds 20 billion yuan, and the annual profit tax is about 500 million yuan, providing nearly 15000 jobs.

After the completion of the center, it will be an international commercial port and logistics center integrating brand display, international trade, capital circulation, business information release, cultural exchange and tourism center, and will become a genuine textile in Central China.

The "brand engineering" and "Benchmarking Project" play an engine role in the development of textile and garment industry in the central part of China.
