Guangzhou International Shoe Show Is Moving Towards Asia, Especially China.
Guangzhou international footwear exhibition held today to shift the focus of footwear consumption to Asia
The twenty-second Guangzhou international footwear, leather and industrial equipment exhibition and Guangzhou international footwear and leather products exhibition (Guangzhou international shoes exhibition) were held on May 30th -6 1 at Pazhou Exhibition Hall of Guangzhou Trade Fair.
Organizers show that the exhibition area exceeds 60 thousand square meters this year.
There were more than 1200 Chinese and foreign footwear enterprises exhibiting, with more than 2500 exhibitors, and the number of exhibitors and booths increased by 20% over the previous session.
Among them, there are 400 foreign-funded enterprises.
The five largest industrial zones, which account for 90% of China's shoemaking and leather production, will be held in Guangdong, Fujian, Wenzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing.
The European and American markets have always been the main battleground of footwear consumption in the world, but at present, the focus of consumption is shifting to Asia, especially China.
According to Swiss bank data, 3 billion 513 million of the Asian population is becoming the largest target market for footwear.
It is estimated that in 2012, the per capita footwear consumption in Asia will reach 2.5 pairs, and the total consumption volume is expected to reach 7 billion 26 million pairs. In the next 10 years, the average per capita footwear consumption in Asia will break through 3.5 pairs, and the total consumption of footwear will reach about 10000000000 pairs.
In China, last year, 2 billion 257 million pairs of shoes and shoes had exceeded 2 billion 133 million pairs in the United States, ranking first in the world.
