WTO, the Pakistan Trade Development Council, is discussing all kinds of non-tariff and hidden trade barriers encountered in the process of Pakistan's export to China.

At the meeting, WTO, the Palestinian Trade Development Council, submitted a preliminary report on the implementation of the Sino Pakistani FTA to the Bazhong Business Council.

The report includes data on Pakistan's exports to China and its development potential.

Nashel, former chairman of the Bazhong Business Council, emphasized that Pakistan should concentrate its efforts on traditional products, such as textiles, leather and seafood, to promote the export of Chinese products.

He also suggested that TDC should concentrate its efforts on participating in professional exhibitions of certain products held in China so as to facilitate the entry of Pakistani superior products into the Chinese market.

Participants agreed that in the future, TDC and TBA will organize meetings of certain products to better understand the problems in Bazhong's trade.
