Printing And Dyeing Shaoxing County

The "two pollution" problem of printing and dyeing sludge has always been a difficult point of environmental pollution control, and also a "heart disease" of dyeing and printing enterprises.

Recently, the Shaoxing county science and Technology Bureau of Zhejiang province came to the news that Shaoxing county will invest 3 million yuan. It will send two heroic posts to the whole country for major scientific and technological tackling projects related to dyeing and printing, such as printing and dyeing sludge treatment. The two major scientific and technological tackling projects for the award are innocuous printing and dyeing sludge, resource conversion technology and equipment research and application. Dyeing and printing equipment The development and demonstration of automatic control system are the key common problems in the upgrading of printing and dyeing industry in Shaoxing county. The former project grants the maximum 2 million yuan reward fund, and the latter gives the maximum 1 million yuan reward fund.

Behind the "hero's post" is Shaoxing's urgent and thirst for upgrading the textile industry cluster and speeding up its transformation and upgrading. Lou Gangqiang, director of Shaoxing science and Technology Bureau, said.

It is reported that since 2010, the Shaoxing county government has initiated the upgrading of the printing and dyeing industry. It is expected that in 5 years, 80% of the county's printing and dyeing enterprises will be concentrated in the coastal industrial area. At present, the county has 41 printing and dyeing enterprises located in the coastal industrial area, and this year, another 96 enterprises signed and settled. And these 137 families printing and dyeing After the completion of the gathering, the accumulated capacity will account for 80% of the printing and dyeing capacity of Shaoxing County, which will undoubtedly promote the upgrading of the industry. Meanwhile, Shaoxing printing and dyeing industry is also actively eliminating backward production capacity. Last year, the county completed the printing and dyeing backward production capacity of 710 million meters, this year Shaoxing county will also eliminate printing and dyeing backward production capacity of 500 million meters. "The aggregation we propose is not simply the aggregation of the number and scale of enterprises, but rather the gathering of green and environmental protection in a series of links such as technology, technology and management. However, with the establishment of a business in the coastal area, some common problems are gradually emerging in the actual production and operation of enterprises. Lou Gangqiang talked to reporters.

Dyeing and printing industry is one of the traditional industries in Shaoxing County, which has occupied the whole country. Printing and dyeing industry 30%, accounting for half of the printing and dyeing industry in Zhejiang Province, has played an important role in the development of county economy, but has also brought enormous pressure to the environment, especially the problem of printing and dyeing sludge treatment.

"Every ten thousand tonnes of printing and dyeing wastewater contains sludge 3%~5%. At present, there are two ways of sludge disposal in Shaoxing Enterprises: one is to rely on landfill disposal, which wastes both land resources and" two pollution ". The other is mixed combustion with coal and other substances. However, the damage of chemical substances in the sludge to boilers is also high, and the pollution of combustion gases to air can not be completely avoided. At the same time, with the rising labor costs, technological innovation and the liberation of labor force, the pursuit of automation of dyeing and printing equipment is also the urgent demand of Shaoxing dyeing and printing enterprises. These two problems have become the bottleneck restricting the development of Shaoxing's printing and dyeing industry. " Lou Gangqiang said.

In order to overcome these two difficult problems, the project bidding of Shaoxing county has broken through the limits of geographical scope and issued the "hero post" to the whole country, giving full play to the scientific research strength of the institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions and enterprises across the country, and solving the technical problems in the printing and dyeing industry. According to Lou Gangqiang, the grand prize of 3 million yuan has already shown its effect. At present, a number of well-known institutions and research institutes in the field of domestic sludge treatment field are consulted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University and Zhejiang University of Technology. It is reported that the bidding time of the project is September 27th. At present, the Shaoxing science and Technology Bureau has also arranged special personnel for preparatory work. "After two major scientific and technological tackling projects are successfully conquered, they will be applied in the whole county of Shaoxing, and will also play a catalytic role in the transformation and upgrading of Shaoxing's county economy." Lou Gangqiang described the future of the project to reporters.
