This project will provide independent weaving equipment and technological support for developing and producing high-performance carbon fiber composites in China.

副校长蒋秀明教授介绍，该课题的总体目标是以《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020年）》中大型飞机、探月工程、载人航天等航空航天重大科技专项需求为背景，以风力发电、船舶制造、汽车、自行车等高技术产业需求为牵引，立足我国资源，打破国外封锁，加强自主创新，突破制约我国碳纤维复合材料产业领域的关键技术瓶颈，发展具有自主知识产权的军民两用复合材料骨架制造技术，重点研究开发碳纤维多轴向经编机及技术、多层角联机织装备及技术和立体管状织造装备及技术，填补国内碳纤维复合材料产业领域多层织造装备的空白，实现碳纤维多轴向织物、多层厚重织物、立体异型织物、管状多层织物等新型复合材料骨架的机械化、自动化、批量化生产，提高碳纤维复合材料产品质量、降低生产成本，提升我国产业用纺织品和复合材料的自主创
