Vietnam And Mexico Hold The First Footwear Symposium

A seminar on footwear export between Vietnam and Mexico was held for the first time in Mexico City on September 11. Truong Duc Quang, deputy director of the import and Export Bureau of the Ministry of industry and trade of Vietnam, attended the symposium. In the Third Symposium, shoe traders from the two countries exchanged views, sought partnership and considered the growth of their bilateral trade volume. At present, the bilateral trade volume between the two countries has reached 300 million US dollars. Vietnam will provide exports of clothing, footwear, aquatic products, electrical and electronic products, sports equipment and coal to Mexico, and import cotton, footwear materials, steel and computer equipment and accessories from Mexico.
