The company issued 23 million 340 thousand shares of A shares in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the total share capital was 93 million 340 thousand shares after the issue.

The 361 million yuan fund raised in this issue is planned for the marketing network construction project, the annual production of 400 thousand high-grade jacket production lines, the addition of 100 thousand sets of technical upgrading projects and the technological pformation projects of the brand design and R & D center.

The estimated net profit of the four projects is 39 million 250 thousand yuan.
