In 2010, our province's consumer complaints highlighted ten hotspots, including mobile phone, household appliances, newsletter service, clothing and footwear consumption complaints accounted for 34.9% of the total complaints.


Hot spot one: household appliances, although the complaint is reduced, remains the first.

Complaints about television sets and computers and related equipment rose slightly in 2010.


Hotspots two: cars enter the homes of the people, and the amount of complaints rises upstream.

This year, complaints about the quality problems of family cars have increased, mainly in the following aspects: 1. The quality of sheet metal is not in good condition, and there is a fracture phenomenon.

2, gearbox and other quality problems, repeated damage can not be used normally.

Due to the fact that the "three package policy of automobiles" has not been formally promulgated, the "three packages" promised by the automobile manufacturers to consumers are not the same, which brings great difficulties to consumers' rights protection and Consumer Association's mediation work.


Hotspot three: newsletter service sees traps frequently.

For example, winning short message traps, participating in interactive programs, SMS traps are mostly shown in variety shows and serial shows. Some organizers do not tell mobile phone users to have the monthly fee, some activities organizers do not show the monthly fee but also charge 1 yuan / piece of money, SMS cheat the credit card password, and the missed calls trap, these calls are often provincial calls, only one ring, but when customers return, they are making friends and voice service calls, resulting in high telephone charges.


Hot four: footwear clothing disputes continue.

The main problems are clothing washing signs and cardigan, cashmere sweater, and so on. The main problems of footwear consumption include broken bottom, falling, degumming, color difference and so on.

At present, some food and beverage enterprises in our province provide consumers with disinfected tableware, which has other charges, not explicitly charging the price, not telling consumers in advance or forcing sales, forcing services, forcing consumers to accept the prescribed price, which infringes the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.


Hotspots eight: the increase in complaints about tourism services is mainly manifested in the fact that travel agencies fail to fulfill the tourist attractions and time promised in the travel agreement, which hurts the interests of tourists; the actual route and schedule do not agree with the Convention, and the tourists are dissatisfied with the quality of the tourism services provided.


Hotspots nine: property services need to be standardized.

This year property company complaint has become a hot topic. First, service is not up to standard. Two, the purpose is not clear. Three, there is a lack of convergence between new and old property.


Hot spot ten: there are many problems in the quality of agricultural machinery.

For example, there are many quality problems in agricultural harvesters and hay cutter.
