SAIC Announces Ten Typical Cases Of Counterfeiting Infringement
Reporters from today SAIC It was learned that in the special action against intellectual property rights and the manufacture and sale of fake and shoddy commodities, the national industrial and commercial system has investigated a number of major cases that infringe upon the rights and interests of foreign trade marks and well-known trademarks. As of January 7th, 16036 cases of infringement and counterfeiting have been investigated and dealt with, including 2525 cases of infringement of well-known trademark rights and interests, 2439 cases of exclusive rights to foreign trademarks, and 242 cases of exclusive rights of geographical indications and trademarks. Among them, 91 cases of counterfeit and shoddy goods sold on the Internet were investigated and dealt with, and 3 were pferred to judicial organs. Two, Chongqing city commerce and industry bureau investigated and dealt with counterfeit "LV", "GUCCI" and other international famous brand trademark cases.
Three, Guangdong Shantou industrial and commercial department has seized counterfeit well-known cosmetics trademark case.
Four, Guangdong Dongguan city commerce and Industry Bureau to investigate counterfeit washing supplies.
Five, Shanghai Zhabei District industry and Commerce Department has investigated the counterfeit "The North Face" and "Columbia" registered trademark clothing cases.
Six, Hainan Haikou Municipal Bureau of industry and Commerce seized the counterfeit Guizhou Moutai (600519) liquor trademark case.
Seven, Fujian Shishi industry and commerce department seized counterfeit well-known sports goods trademark case.
Eight, Hubei Wuhan industrial and commercial bureau, Fujian Provincial Bureau of industry and Commerce jointly investigated and sold counterfeit "Hongxing Erke" shoes.
Nine, Gansu Lanzhou industrial and commercial department investigates and sells counterfeit well-known outdoor shoes commodity case.
Ten, the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce has checked the registered trademark of natural person Ye Mou.
