Home Textile Market Environment Protection

Green,

Low carbon

To become a new theme of global development, for China's home textile enterprises, low carbon green has become not only the biggest demand of consumers, but also an important index of export industry.

The shift of the entire industry and the pformation of development mode will surely promote the development of low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection products.

And vigorously promote low-carbon development in the world

Economics

In the important period of home textile product R & D and industrial development, it is becoming an important issue for the industry to face.

Home textile industry suffers from "green" bottleneck and "low carbon" barrier

Green and low carbon environmental protection has become a common understanding in the world, especially in developed countries. Therefore, environmental protection and green standards have also been set up in importing.

The United States passed the bill in June 2009, and will impose a "carbon tariff" in 2020. The EU countries are also eager to impose "carbon tariffs".

From a strategic perspective, the home textile industry takes "low carbon" as the direction and aims at building a sustainable development system. It is an inevitable trend to go out of an optimized way of development.

Recently, a domestic textile enterprise in Hangzhou can only give up in 12000 because its products can not meet the requirements of the European Union.

market

Recently, a domestic textile company in Qingdao was negotiating with a large European chain store for an export contract worth up to US $about 700000. It was difficult to meet the requirements of the EU oko-tex100 standard only because of the dyeing fastness of nylon yarn in the raw materials. In order to avoid risks, the company finally gave up the business.

With the wide recognition of low carbon economy mode and low carbon development concept, pollutant discharge has become a collective bottleneck in China's textile and dyeing industry.

Professor Yu Jianyong, vice president of Donghua University, said in an interview with the media that the development of the textile industry is increasingly constrained by resources and environment as the whole manufacturing process of the textile industry is relatively long, resources are consumed and pollution is enlarged.

In particular, the implementation of "carbon tariffs" in developed countries will make the Chinese textile industry at the low end of the textile supply chain suffer a great impact.

For example, he said, a 400 grams of polyester pants, if life expectancy of 2 years, washing, drying, ironing will produce 47 kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions, and a 250 gram cotton T-shirt, "life" will emit 7 kg of carbon dioxide.

Yang Donghui, vice president of China Textile Industry Association and President of China Textile Association, recently stressed: China's home textile enterprises should continue to intensify innovation in three aspects to achieve greater breakthroughs.

First, to build a more dynamic and innovative organization and become the common pursuit of all staff, so that innovation becomes the eternal theme of the enterprise; two, we must vigorously promote independent innovation characterized by economy, recycling economy, clean economy, safe economy and efficient economy; three, we must promote independent innovation of home textile technology, consolidate and expand the leading edge of Chinese textile in the same industry in the world, so as to realize the steady development of the industry.

Green upgrading of home textile industry chain

Besides the structural adjustment and low carbon product innovation, home textile enterprises should also have close cooperation between the upstream and downstream enterprises.

Xiao Hai, a Chinese textile strategy research expert, believes that technology, cost optimization, supply chain optimization, brand building and so on require the whole industry to cooperate with the upstream and downstream enterprises.

As long as the overall situation of the home textile industry is good, every link in the industry, whether it is raw material suppliers, finished products producers or distributors, can get better living space and development prospects.

According to incomplete statistics, since last year, the capital invested by the private enterprises in the Pearl River Delta has invested more than ten billion yuan, and investment has surpassed traditional industries for the first time.

As one of the three major terminals of the textile industry, the home textile industry, relying on "low carbon" to create new competitiveness, has also become an inevitable choice for development.

Yang Zhaohua, President of China Household Textile Industry Association, pointed out that in the future development of home textile industry, developing circular economy, green economy and low carbon economy is of great practical significance for promoting the pformation of growth mode, enhancing international competitiveness and coping with international trade frictions.

In 2010, the policy of "structural adjustment" put forward new challenges to Chinese textile enterprises.

For a long time, the competitiveness of Chinese textile enterprises is mainly reflected in the comparative advantages of low cost (including manpower, capital, resources and environment), and low cost comparative advantage has created the myth of Chinese manufacturing.

Industry experts believe that although the cost advantage of Chinese enterprises is decreasing, under the trend of low carbon and environmental protection, the introduction of a series of policies of "structural adjustment" may raise the cost of enterprises and further weaken the comparative advantage of Chinese enterprises.

At present, it means greater pressure for Chinese home textile enterprises.

But in the long run, "low carbon economy" will stimulate the upgrading of China's labor-intensive enterprises, improve the technological content of products, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through technological innovation.

The protection of the environment must be synchronized with the economic development. The domestic textile industry must continue to develop, and it will also make adjustments and upgrading from the inside to outside in the direction of "low carbon".

The Green Upgrade of the whole industry chain will inevitably bring more market share and make the whole industry vibrant.
