Official Requirements For Trademark Enquiries

1. The center only inquires about the application for trademark registration by the domestic trademark applicant and the trademark agency. If a foreigner or a foreign enterprise inquires the trademark, it shall entrust the foreign trademark agency designated by the State Administration for Industry and commerce to handle it.

The types of trademarks are Chinese (including Chinese Pinyin), English (prefix) and their synthetic trademarks, and the graphic part of graphic trademarks and trademarks will not be inquired.

Two. The trade mark bureau approves the organization with the trademark agency right. It can inquire the trademark by fax, mail and direct submission of accounts.

Enterprises and individuals can only use direct payment methods to inquire trademark.

Three. Enquiries should be made to the requirements of units and individuals. Besides carrying out general enquiries, the centre can also handle urgent trademark enquiries:

General enquiry: the fifth day (not including statutory holidays) of the trademark inquiry sheet is received.

Urgent enquiry: forty-eight hours (not including statutory holidays) from the "trademark enquiry sheet" to provide query results.

No urgent enquiries should be mailed.

Four, price:

(1) ordinary trademark enquiries: Chinese trademarks are 60 yuan per piece; foreign trade marks are 100 yuan each; graphic trademarks are 120 yuan each (not for enquiries).

Ask for urgent trademark enquiry and double charge according to the above charging standard.

Combined trademark enquiry: for example, English (including letters, prefix) Chinese trademark (Note: English and Chinese have no definite meaning or meaning of trademark), graphic Chinese and graphic English trademarks (temporarily inquired), according to Chinese and foreign trademark two valuation charges.

Only the censorship staff within the trademark office can see the data in this part of the blank period.
