Russia Has Become The 2010 New Garment Market In India
In order to explore new markets, a delegation of textile manufacturers will be sent by the India Rupp knitting and weaving Manufacturers Association (KNITMA) to visit Russia for a week's visit later this month, when they will visit Russia's main textile cluster.
S.Rathinasamy, President of KNITMA, told the media that the trip was planned for tyre.

A delegation of 32 KNITMA members will arrive in Moscow, Russia, on September 21st.
In order to strengthen the new business relationship with Russian buyers and understand their needs, the KNITMA delegation will visit the thirty-fifth Federal Trade Fair held in Moscow in the third week of September.
According to industry sources, Russian Federation imported $214 million T-shirts from India in 2009, and the import volume is expected to be bigger this year.
The delegation will also visit the Ivanovo textile cluster, which is considered to be the textile capital of Russia and St. Petersburg.
