Relying on low cost and low price is not the long-term development of our enterprises. Low wages and low welfare are not the core competitiveness of our enterprises.

Improving people's livelihood is not empty talk. It is necessary for workers to enjoy the fruits of reform and opening up.

While paying attention to efficiency, we should also take into account fairness, otherwise it is an unhealthy economic development mode.

Salary increase is the trend of the times, no matter from the realistic goal of expanding consumption demand, or from the internal requirement of reducing the gap between the rich and the poor.


However, the "raise salary" is a double-edged sword. It is necessary for both employers and employees to find a balance between the interests of all parties. It is not that the higher the salary is, the better it is. It also needs to take into account the development of the enterprise. Only when the enterprise develops well, can the workers have a long-term "raise salary". If we ignore the actual situation in a short time, it is a short-sighted behavior that only aims at short-term interests.

The contradiction between labor and capital will always exist at any time and everywhere. We should build a harmonious labor relations through the joint efforts of the government, enterprises and employees in line with the idea of seeking common ground while preserving small differences.
