Qinzhou Strongly Supports Investment In Taiwan Shoe Making Projects

Qinzhou grabbed the policies and measures of the the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region people's Government on supporting the development of Taiwan funded enterprises in September 4, 2009 issued by the people's Government of the autonomous region. It supported the policies of Taiwan funded enterprises in the construction of industrial parks in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, accelerated the industrialization of agriculture, vigorously nurturing and developing county industries, accelerated the construction of Taiwan (Qinzhou) Petrochemical Industrial Park, and accelerated the development of the electronics industry, and achieved remarkable results.

Notable achievements have been made in key projects and cooperation. Lingshan's shoe making projects are accelerating. In July 29, 2009, Taiwan investment investor Zhang Qinghong invested 170 million yuan in the footwear industry of Guangxi Xing Lai Shoes Co., Ltd. settled in Lingshan, signing ceremony was held in Lingshan county seat. After the project is completed and put into operation, a series of senior men's and women's shoes and 4 million casual shoes will be produced annually. The annual output value will be 500 million yuan. After third years, the tax can reach 10 million yuan and 4000 people will be employed.

The electronics industry is accelerating. First, Yuxin electronics is invested by Taiwan Jinqiao Electronics (industrial) Limited by Share Ltd. The total investment of the project is RMB 400 million yuan. After the project is completed, the total output value of the industry will be more than 1 billion 500 million yuan, and 5000 people will be employed to solve the problem. At present, the land acquisition and demolition of the project site is being carried out, and the land transfer plan has been submitted to the land trial committee for examination and approval. Two, the total investment of Fu Sheng electronic project invested by Taiwanese businessman Huang Chunrong is 60 million yuan. The first phase of investment is 14 million yuan, the annual output value reaches 30 million yuan, and the number of employed persons is more than 800. The investment in the two phase project is about 40 million yuan, which can accommodate 50 full-automatic production lines. The annual output value is more than 50 million yuan, and more than 1600 people are employed.

The key areas, advantageous projects and industrial cooperation of Taiwanese businessmen are progressing smoothly. First, Taiwan (Qinzhou) Petrochemical Industrial Park is advancing in an orderly way. When the Qinzhou economic and trade delegation participated in the 2009 GUI Tai economic and trade cooperation forum and exchange activities, they discussed with the director general of the Taiwan Industry Federation, the chairman of the Petrochemical Association and Mr. Chen Wuxiong, President of Tung group, about the establishment of Taiwan (Qinzhou) Petrochemical Industrial Park. The two sides reached a consensus and decided to build Taiwan (Qinzhou) Petrochemical Industrial Park in Qinzhou port. The function of the park is as follows: in the 5 to 10 years, the Taiwan (Qinzhou) Petrochemical Industrial Park will be built into the Industrial Cooperation Demonstration Zone of Guangxi and Taiwan. With ethylene, propylene and butadiene as the leading role, the industrial chain of the middle and lower reaches should be developed actively, forming a petrochemical industrial park with the characteristics of basic organic materials, synthetic materials and fine chemicals. The two is to promote the Taiwan farmers' Pioneering Park. In 2009, the leaders of the district agriculture department accompanied the leaders of the Taipei credit cooperative to Qinzhou to visit Taiwan and put forward the idea of "the pioneer park for farmers in the countryside".

When the executive director of the Taiwan Straits Agricultural Network visited Qinzhou, he proposed the idea of building a Taiwan agricultural sightseeing garden in Qinzhou, and went to the site investigation in Jiulong Town, which was very satisfied with the location of Jiulong.
