Policy

Recently, the anti dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India issued a notice on the anti-dumping investigation of viscose staple fibres (except bamboo fibers) originating in China.

During the investigation period, the anti-dumping Bureau regarded China as a non market because no Chinese exporters were to sue.

Economics

The state uses Indonesia as an alternative country to calculate the normal value of China's exports.

At the same time, the anti-dumping bureau considers comprehensively.

Raw material

Prices, labor costs, interest rates, and sales expenses determine the export of Chinese products to India.

domestic industry

Substantial damage was caused.

All the damages from Chinese enterprises were identified as 5%~15%.

Because India is not the main exporter of viscose staple fiber in China, many enterprises do not attach much importance to this anti-dumping.

Zheng Junlin, the Secretary General of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, said he regretted that he had not responded to the Chinese viscose industry. He said, "the implementation period of anti-dumping is generally five years. If the enterprise abandons the lawsuit, it means it will be very difficult for the market to enter."

Zheng Junlin analysis, although China's viscose staple fiber exports to India is not large, but India textile and garment industry has great potential for development. In the next five years, India's market demand will grow faster.

Zheng Junlin appealed to enterprises to participate in the review of the case, otherwise they would lose the market.
