Taobao Shop Selling Fake YONEX Was Seized
Taobao shop owner stealth a residential building in the North District of Haidian District, which sells fake YONEX badminton rackets, clothing and other products online, and was seized by Haidian industrial and commercial bureau yesterday.
The case has been pferred to the public security department for more than 50 thousand yuan.
Law enforcement officers at the scene found that there were a large number of raw materials and finished products and processing tools for making fake brand-name feather net products, including YONEX, WILSON brand feather tennis rackets, clothing, socks, badminton and other feather net products.
There are two computers in the room. The computer shows a Taobao online shop. There are some sending orders to all parts of the country. There are many records on the page to complete the paction, and there are a lot of records to record customers' information beside each computer.
According to a woman at the scene, they are from Beijing to Hunan. They are eating, living, producing and operating in the room. Some people in the shop are responsible for contacting the business through the Internet. Some people are responsible for making badminton racket on-site in the workshop according to their individual needs.
According to YONEX's anti-counterfeiting staff, they found that the shop was selling infringing products, and the original logo was also posted on the Internet.
Genuine badminton rackets, professional athletes can play for a long time, but if it is counterfeit goods, one to two hours will be scrapped.
The price of these counterfeits online is usually tens of yuan to 100 yuan, only 1/10 to 1/5 of the price of genuine goods.
At the scene, law enforcement officers seized 347 counterfeit YONEX racket, 227 clothes, 161 shorts, 100 ball bags, 100 ball lines, 935 pieces, and all the products were fake after being identified by YONEX anti fake personnel.
