New Characteristics Of Import And Export Tariffs On Leather Products This Year

        我国进出口新税则已于2010年1月1日实施。据此，2010年皮革行业产品进出口关税呈现如下新特点：

　　一、我国皮革行业产品最惠国进口税率已按WTO承诺完成，与2009年相比，只是三个海关编码的半成品革进口关税略有下调。2010年皮革行业产品最惠国平均进口关税为12.09%。

　　二、我国双边或多边自由贸易区关税优惠条款幅度和范围继续加大。我国对已签订自由贸易协定国家及地区的产品实施协定税率，其关税税率低于优惠税率。2010年我国皮革行业产品的协定进口关税与上年相比，中国从智利、东盟、巴基斯坦、新西兰等进口关税优惠幅度有较大提高。即：
