Modern information technology is used to reduce the expenses of printing, post and telecommunications. On the basis of last year, the expenses of water, electricity, oil and paper are reduced by 5%. In order to reduce the cost of administrative operation, in early this year, Heng Mountain County expressly stipulated: reducing conference activities, strictly controlling participants and meeting time, this year the total number of meetings of the county was reduced by more than 30% compared with last year;
