National Standard Approval Such As "Cowhide" Will Be Held In Shangqiu, Henan.

In May 6, 2008, under the organization of the national leather Standardization Technical Committee, three national standards were approved in the Shangqiu city of Henan Province, including "cowhide", "measurement and calculation of defects in leather products" and "determination of static absorbency of leather physical and mechanical experiments". Nearly 30 experts from leather industry experts, production enterprises, testing departments and business representatives attended the meeting. The China Leather Association was represented as the director of the national leather Standardization Technical Committee.

The conference was hosted by China cattle Co., Ltd., and was strongly supported by Shangqiu municipal Party committee and municipal government.

The delegates conscientiously approved three standards in line with the highly responsible attitude towards the state and industry, and finally reached a unified examination and approval opinion, forming two international advanced level standards and an international general standard.
