In the past few days, the work of building standard standard factory buildings is speeding up in an orderly way.

It is reported that the total investment of water head standard factory building project is about 500 million yuan, with a total planning area of 495 mu, and the main industry is the leather products industry (including pet products industry).

At present, the plant has completed land acquisition, land leveling and road fill works, as well as policy handling, engineering control detailed planning and architectural design projects.

This year plans to start construction of more than 300 mu, completed more than 150 mu.

At present, the first batch of 11 industrial land has been publicly sold, and the enterprises are making approval for land use and planning procedures. The plan is to start construction before the end of July, and the remaining 21 industrial land will be sold openly in the year.

The municipal supporting projects include the installation of rainwater and sewage pipes, and the subgrade and pavement engineering of the four horizontal and 7 vertical roads have been started. The municipal supporting main projects are completed within the year of the plan, and all the projects are completed in the first half of next year.
