Cancellation Of Pre Nuclear Signature For Sewing Machine Export

2008/5/10 0:00:00 90

According to reports, according to the "catalogue of export pre nuclear products signed in 2008" issued by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the General Administration of Customs of China, the sewing machine products were not included. That means that the export of sewing machine products no longer enforced the implementation of the pre export registration of sewing machines export prices since May 1, 2002.

In order to adapt to the new situation of China's entry into the WTO, in 2002, the China Chamber of Commerce for the import and export of mechanical and electrical products formulated the "measures for the implementation of the pre nuclear signature of sewing machines", audited the related items of export contracts and prices of sewing machines, and did not sign the contracts below the agreement price of the counterparts, and the customs did not accept export contracts.

The "agreement price for sewing machine export" implemented in the "measures" was formulated in September 1999.

Over the past 10 years, great changes have taken place in the domestic economic situation and the market situation of sewing machinery industry. Pre nuclear signature work can not adapt to the fast-paced pace of foreign trade, which is likely to result in the expiry of the letter of credit, the delay in shipping date and the extension of paction time, which will affect the normal export activities of enterprises.
