Leather Preferential Duty

China implements a new round of tariff concessions in the Asia Pacific Trade Agreement. Some ceramic products, wooden products, plastic products, leather, metal products, machinery and electrical products, chemical products and other more than 1700 items of tax items can enjoy lower preferential tariff rates when exported to Korea, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Laos.

As long as the certificate of origin specified in the Bangkok agreement issued by the inspection and quarantine department is issued, the exporters can enjoy the tariff concession of 30% on average when they enter the five countries mentioned above.

This will help our country to further develop the East Asian and South Asian markets, expand economic and trade exchanges with the member states of the Asia Pacific Trade Agreement, and promote regional cooperation in Asia.
