Wool Textile Industry: Hard Support Is Not Acceptable.

When I first arrived in Dalang, I was impressed by the door-to-door private workshops and the recruitment information posted at the gates of factories, so that people could not feel the pressure of survival that the wool industry was facing.

But after going deep into the factory, the reporter discovered that this year is the most difficult year for the wool weaving industry.

Since the beginning of this year, the disadvantages of wool weaving industry have emerged one after another.

Mr. Chen, director of merchandising, told reporters: "the biggest problem facing the wool industry is the rise in costs and the lack of skilled personnel."

Dalang is only a microcosm of labor-intensive enterprises.

Since the beginning of last year, recruitment has been difficult. Many workers are demanding higher wages, and living costs are increasing. They feel that they have not made enough money to work in Dongguan. So many people choose to stay in their hometown to do small businesses or work in the central provinces.

Due to shortage of manpower, factories with large to 1000 people and small to more than 10 workers are busy recruiting people because the orders they have received must be delivered on time.

A more than 30 person workshop owner told reporters, "when ordering, I didn't expect this year to recruit people so hard. Generally, it's easier to recruit people after the year, but this year it has been unable to recruit."

In fact, big factories are also short of people, even though they pay more for workers than we do.

In addition to the "shortage of migrant workers", the pfer effect of the commercial chain is also quite representative in Dalang.

The labor-intensive industry completes the delivery of goods to family workshops. Most of them only complete one or a few processes, which are directly influenced by the upstream factories. Both orders and payments are restricted by upstream factories.

Upstream factories sneeze, and they catch cold.

At present, the capital problems of small and medium-sized enterprises are generally tight, and their capital problems are quicker. Therefore, the most rapid and bankrupt closure is, of course, them.

"Now a lot of big factory capital chain is very tight, but everyone is struggling to see who can not afford to stay."

A person familiar with the matter said that the winter of the wool industry has not passed, or should it be said that the whole labor intensive industry continues in winter.

How to "stay in winter"?

This is a problem that must be solved immediately by many small and medium-sized enterprises.

After all, there is little time left for them to struggle.
