ARCHROMA Launches New "Super UV Protectant" Innovative Product

Archroma, a global leader in sustainable solutions for color and specialty chemicals, has launched its latest "ultra UV protectant" innovative product, Fadex AS New.

This product can make the textiles in automobile and pportation fields more sun resistant. It has been exhibited on the international industrial textiles and nonwovens Exhibition (Techtextil) in May 15th.

In the long term use of automobiles and other pport vehicles, some automobile interior accessories such as seat covers, carpets or ceiling are exposed to ultraviolet rays. Strong light and heat make fabrics fade easily, polyester fibers are easy to decay, and automotive interior looks very old.

Therefore, the auto manufacturer calls for the development of high light resistant products.

In response to this challenge, Angang has developed Fadex AS New, which provides an advanced new type of light protection agent for textile manufacturers in the automotive industry. It can be used in the durable Light light resistant Car (Fast Car) program. It also includes the high high fastness dye Dorospers K K A and alkali accelerator Lyocol ELD ELD.

In this scheme, manufacturers can achieve more efficient processing, including significantly reducing water and energy consumption, reducing carbon dioxide emissions, shortening processing time, reducing fiber rewinding and fracture and optimizing all stages of processing technology.

Fadex AS New can also maintain the tear strength of polyester fibers, meet the requirements of automotive industry VDA 278 test and REACH regulations.

At the same time, Fadex AS New has low atomization property and is suitable for continuous spray printing process, especially recommended for hot discoloration of seat belts.

The unique combination of Fadex AS New and Dorospers A & K dyes can meet the requirements of high light resistance of automobile manufacturers. It can be combined with Angang waterproofing agents, decontamination agents, antibacterial agents, flame retardants and high wear-resistant functional finishing solutions, so as to provide a complete collation series to help textile manufacturers stand out in the highly competitive automotive market.
