As a helmsman of Shanshan, what are your main achievements and regrets over the past 10 years?


  

Zheng Yonggang: I have recognized that the clothing industry should take the brand road, and the new vitality injected has changed the whole industry. This is the achievement of my whole life.

Now it seems that the clothing industry is the brand, but that was a matter of the Arabian Nights.

The key is to use good people, choose the right direction, give professionals a good platform to display their talents, and constantly encourage them.

These are easy to say, but hard to do.

When it comes to personal ability, I am not really strong. If you want me to actually do something, I can't.

But my sense of foresight, decisive decision and direction are still strong.

I replaced my weaknesses with professionals.


But do you have the ability to make other people operate? Do you have bad intentions? These two questions can make most people unable to sleep at night, but I seem to be very natural.

I gave the money to Zhuang Wei (Chairman of Shanshan stock company), with a one hundred percent trust. If there was any mistake, I would encourage him and keep him growing up.

This is probably the most important factor in the health of Chinese fir in recent years.


I don't have much regret either. I want to do everything, and I don't particularly miss anything.

People would say that why so many enterprises in Shanshan did not make real estate at that time? Now they may earn 20 billion more.

But I am not sorry at all. I am not idle. I have made a lot of money in hi-tech and financial investment.

No real estate is involved because we do not invest in industries with unclear principles.

What I want is an enterprise that can create value continuously. I have a strategic plan.

As a technology park, I want to make China's Silicon Valley and Zhongguancun second, instead of giving me 10 square kilometers of land to sell and earn 1 billion.

If you want to create social values and bear social responsibilities, everyone can enjoy the fruits of enterprise development. This is the entrepreneur.


So, do you want to build a comprehensive business in China by cooperation with Itochu, and to some extent, you want to leave some valuable models for China?


Zheng Yonggang: there are two reasons for cooperation with Itochu trading company.

The clothing business is very professional, and the pformation of Chinese fir from production brand to design brand has not been completed. Although we have jointly operated a number of world brands, this upgrading process is still somewhat unsatisfactory.

As a Chinese fir, it is not enough to go to college and study independently.

In order to improve our international competitiveness, we must step up our pro Life and joint venture is a good measure to enhance our competitiveness.


Over the years, Shan Shan has accumulated its own characteristics, but the definition of brand has not been solved.

Shanshan is a diversified investment in headquarters, and the operation of industrial companies is specialized. But you can not tell everyone that I am a diversified company. There must be a concept that you can understand and understand.

So we chose the form of a comprehensive trading company, but unlike Japan, generally trading companies as platforms to integrate industrial capital and financial capital, we started from industry to finance and investment.


I hope you can see that Shanshan is a Chinese business community. Its characteristics are investment diversification and specialization.

We have been working with Itou Tada for more than ten years. Itou Tada has agreed on our style of doing things, business philosophy and values. We also want to grafted the successful experience of Itou Tada. Both sides can say that it is the same.


After nearly two years of cooperation, did you reach the original purpose? What is your personal understanding?


Zheng Yonggang: it's pleasant.

The integration of resources is very effective, and Itou Tada gave more technical support to the fir through the tentacles of affiliated enterprises.

For example, our lithium battery composite material is China's most advanced technology, but there is still a gap compared with the international market.

Japan's industry is very strong. We have reached a cooperation with the Toda industry in the positive electrode materials of lithium batteries through itoin's relations.

If the scale of this industry grows up, the accumulation of fir in the past 20 years will be nothing more than that.


But the most obvious improvement is in management, which will provide institutional guarantee for us to become a comprehensive business type enterprise.

In the past, we also had some institutional improvement to improve the pparency of enterprises, but the execution was not enough and the process was not clear enough.

Everyone relies too much on me, but what Shan Shan needs is teamwork.


Now, the governance structure of the fir is very clear. Unless it is very important, I will not report to the board of directors of the listed company, nor will I return the president's report.

Now, I really have made the most of the strategic decision makers.

In this way, the role of the team will gradually strengthen, and the power of the individual will gradually weaken, and the company will become more and more formal.

If you retire, the company will not fail.

Otherwise, if I walk forward, the company will go bankrupt. This is my failure.


I have said that in the past 30 years, most of China's enterprises are learning from the experience of the United States, encouraging individual heroes to create history with equity. The eastern culture also needs strong people, but personal heroes have stage and teamwork is more durable. I think I am a historical figure from the era of planning economy to a market economy. Under such a historical condition, I can instantly accomplish things. But later, perhaps our generation has so much energy. Slowly, we will fade out of the stage through the construction of team system.
